Our production company proudly makes and sells great tasting, natural healthy food. Our employees share in our success, with 20% of the business held in trust for our 1,750 production employee co-owners and the rest owned by the Mead family.
The company has four food production sites and a logistics centre across the Southwest, supported by two HQ office locations. We make a diverse range of products in multiple formats, including stirred yogurt, strained yogurt, creams, potted desserts, ice cream, sorbets, fruit conserves, soups and sauces. Pack formats include single pots, multipacks, pouches, bottles, pillow packs, catering buckets and pallecons.
In addition to making and marketing the Yeo Valley Organic brand, the company also makes and sells three other natural healthy food brands – The Collective, Tideford Organics and Ubley.
The company is also proud to make great tasting, natural healthy food for many of the UK’s leading grocery retailers.

Since the 1970s, when retailers wanted their names on products, they came to Yeo Valley because of our reputation for high-quality ingredients. By 'own brand' we mean products made to retailer recipes that meet each retailer's specific flavour, texture and nutrition needs. These days, we're proud to say that we supply most of the UK retailers with ranges of own-brand products.

Sustainability
For the past 25 years, Yeo Valley has been purchasing green electricity across our family of businesses. During this time, we've developed seven solar energy projects, enabling us to generate 20% of the energy needed for our production sites.
We are continuously exploring innovations in product packaging to enhance sustainability and minimise waste. Our goal is to achieve a 70% improvement in packaging performance within the next five years.
